"Before coming to Lisa and getting to know her, and developing a relationship with her, I was pretty back and forth, struggling to surrender to GOD and keep myself accountable for it completely. I just wasn’t ready to completely give up ALL the worldly ways, especially when it came to relationships, being captive in my own past mistakes, forgiving myself, and knowing what the lord says about me.

Going through the healing process that I am still currently in has been challenging, to say the least, but being able to have someone keep me accountable or to talk me through things that shares the same love for Christ, who has walked through different yet similar challenges makes it more of a delightful healing process knowing you're not alone through the pain and healing. While I still have my personal struggles of surrender that I am working through, I am now walking in freedom in certain areas of my life that I never thought I would ever break free from.

Lisa has made such an impact on me through letting go of destructive thinking and toxic relationships and just learning to find who you are and loving yourself in the way GOD has intended us to. "For 22 years, I was in an unhealthy marriage that nearly destroyed me. I desperately wanted to hold onto the faith picture that God would remove the veil off his eyes, reveal His love for him, and transform him from the inside out. I was so sure, hopeful, and incredibly prayerful towards this request, but I was hanging onto the wrong kind of hope. I was prolonging my own struggle instead. Eventually, I knew the only way out was to be obedient. Though I had found freedom with the divorce, there was still healing that needed to take place in my heart.
